Subscription Fees
The fees charged by OnlyWire are referred to as Subscription Fees. OnlyWire Subscription Fees will continue and renew automatically unless terminated by OnlyWire or until you cancel your account online or notify OnlyWire via contact form at https://www.onlywire.com/support. You may upgrade or cancel your account at any time. Monthly and Annual fees for your subscription will be billed automatically to the payment method designated during the signup process for OnlyWire, or subsequently designated to OnlyWire at the start of the subscription period and at the start of each renewal period, unless you terminate your subscription before the relevant period begins. If you upgrade your account during any time, you will only be charged the difference between the upgraded plan amount and your previous plan based upon the number of days left in the month. The full amount of the new upgrade plan will be charged thereafter. This will also change the start date of your new billing cycle to the date you upgraded. You agree to pay or have paid all fees and charges incurred in connection with your subscription, including any overage charges for exceeding your plan limit, for www.onlywire.com at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred (including any applicable taxes). A standard monthly billing cycle is 30 days. All fees and charges are nonrefundable.OnlyWire may change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or charges, by posting its most current pricing at www.onlywire.com. All fees and charges incurred in connection with your user name and password will be billed to the payment method designated during the registration process for https://www.onlywire.com or subsequently designated to OnlyWire. You also are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access https://www.onlywire.com through an Internet access provider or other third party service. You are responsible for paying amounts billed by OnlyWire to your payment method for Subscription Fees. This Agreement is personal to you, is your obligation and therefore, you may not assign your rights or obligations of this to anyone.
